Floyd Johnson is the Head Coach and founder of Axten 1-2-1 Football Coaching and Talent ID Scout for AFC Wimbledon. Achieving his FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate in 2000, Floyd established Axten Football Club in Brixton, Lambeth, creating a safe and enjoyable space for young people to play football, improve their health and fitness, and develop life skills.
Floyd attained his UEFA B License and FA Level 3 Coaching Badges, leading to the formation of Axten 1-2-1 Football Coaching. He has collaborated with various academies, including Fulham FC, Reading FC and worked at Tottenham Hotspur Development Centre with Chris Ramsey and Edgar Davies.
