About Floyd
Floyd Johnson is the Head Coach and founder of Axten 1-2-1 Football Coaching. Achieving his FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate in 2000, Floyd established Axten Football Club in Brixton, Lambeth, creating a safe and enjoyable space for young people to play football, improve their health and fitness, and develop life skills.
Over the years, Floyd attained his UEFA B License and FA Level 3 Coaching Badges, leading to the formation of Axten 1-2-1 Football Coaching. He has collaborated with various academies, including Fulham FC, Reading FC and worked at Tottenham Hotspur Development Centre with Chris Ramsey and Edgar Davies.
Currently serving as a Talent ID Scout for AFC Wimbledon Academy, Floyd emphasizes the importance of good chemistry between player and coach and takes pride in tailoring coaching to individual needs, focusing on improvement in areas such as finishing, movement, technique, and confidence.
